All works are carefully packed and shipped with tracking via Australia Post. If you’d like to add extra cover or discuss shipping options, feel free to get in touch.

Australia Post estimated delivery times:

Australia: 3–8 business days

Asia: 5–13 business days

UK / USA / Canada: 5–9 business days

Rest of the world: 7–18 business days

Please note these are estimates and occasional delays may occur, especially during holiday periods or for remote areas.

Larger paintings are shipped via Pack & Send and typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Tracking and insurance is included.

If you’re located in Perth, local pickup can be arranged.

If a parcel is returned and needs to be resent, an additional shipping fee will apply.

CUSTOMS.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country, so it’s best to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure of any additional charges that may apply.

RETURN POLICY

As each piece is created with care and is one of a kind, all sales are considered final.

Minor variations and imperfections are part of the handmade process and contribute to the character of each work.
