SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Postage, tracking and insurance are included for goods shipped within Australia. (with the exception of paintings larger than 90x90cm). If you’re outside of Australia and would like to order multiple works, please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote.

Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Estimated delivery times are:

• Australia / 3-8 business days

• Asia / 5-13 business days

• UK / USA / Canada / 5-9 business days

• Rest of the World / 7-18 business days.

LARGE PAINTINGS are shipped via Pack & Send / DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. Tracking and insurance are included.

An additional shipping charge applies if a parcel is returned and needs to be resent.

Local pickup is welcome using the code PERTHWA at checkout.

CUSTOMS & INSURANCE (outside Australia)

For any customs duties or import taxes that may apply, please contact your local customs office to find out about these potential costs.

Orders are carefully packed and sent with tracking. If you’d like to add insurance for extra peace of mind, feel free to get in touch for a quote.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted, if you notify me within 3 days of receiving your item and return the goods within 7 days. Please ensure items are shipped with tracking and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Once the item is safely returned, I’ll process a refund (excluding the original shipping and any transaction fees like PayPal, Stripe, or Afterpay). Custom and commissioned pieces are made just for you and are not eligible for a return or refund.
