Orders ship within 3 business days via via Sendle. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number. The customer is responsible for additional postage fees for an incorrect shipping address, uncollected or returned parcel.
Standard delivery time is 3-8 business days. Please provide a physical address for delivery as Sendle is unable to make deliveries to P.O boxes and Australia Post owned properties. For remote addresses, orders ship via Australia Post.

To ensure your parcel arrives safely, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home to receive your package, the courier will take it to your local post office where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.

I offer a credit note should you wish to exchange or return an item, provided you contact me within 2 days of receiving the goods. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. The customer is required to provide a tracking number of the returning item. Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded. Before making any arrangements, please contact me to discuss.
Damaged goods must be reported to me within 2 days of the delivery date for a refund to be issued. A report and photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible is required to be sent to me by email. (email@example.com)
Shipping fees and damages reported after the 2 days will not be refunded.
